A swimming event is taking place between Anakiwa and Grove Jetty (as per below map) starting at 8am and finishing at 11am on Saturday 17 January 2026.
A further swimming event is taking place between Anakiwa and Davies Bay (as per below map) starting at 9.30am and finishing at 11.30am on Sunday 18 January 2026.
In-shore safety vessels and kayaks will be supporting swimmers throughout the event.
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution.
