The Rarangi Surf Life Saving Club will be patrolling the Picton Foreshore Swimming Area during the Maritime Festival on Saturday 17 January 2026.
A speed uplifting has been granted for the vessels used by Rarangi Surf Life Saving Club.
In addition, a seagull demo will be taking place between 1330 – 1400 hrs within the Picton Foreshore Area. A safety vessel will be standing by within the Picton Foreshore Swimming Area as required.
