Maori Bay

Maori Bay is on the western side of the Hikapu reach. It is shallow but it provides good holding.

Anchorage is satisfactory but can be affected by the wash of the vessels passing up and down Hikapu Reach.

A combined club mooring is in the cove on the north side but any part of the bay can be used as an anchorage.
